Daniel Goleman defines emotional intelligence as “the ability to identify, assess, and control one’s own emotions, the emotions of others, and that of groups.” These skills (such as curiosity, empathy, and motivation) are incredibly important in helping clients move through the stresses and challenges of real estate. In May of 2020, Daniel received approval from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission to teach classes to other agents on emotional intelligence in real estate. Since then, he has taught in multiple states for both real estate and non-real estate companies. He focuses on the fundamentals of emotional intelligence, and how people can implement it into their business and personal life.
